- Lot Description
A charming cast metal figural group depicting a boy standing beside a donkey. The donkey is modeled with textured fur and fitted with a bridle, saddle, and packs painted in polychrome tones of red and green. The boy, shown in a long belted robe and red cap, rests his hand over the donkey’s back in a natural pose. The surface retains much of its original painted decoration, with areas of expected rubbing and age wear consistent with handling.
Continental, late 19th–early 20th century.

Condition
Overall good, with scattered paint losses, rubbing, and minor surface oxidation typical of age. No significant breaks or repairs observed.
