- Lot Description
A fine art nouveau / jugendstil lithograph by Robert Engels (1866-1926) entitled 'Le Passant', from the famed series of original Art Nouveau lithographs entitled 'L'Estampe Moderne'. This piece includes a protective tissue paper printed with a poem relating to the art, written by Edmond Pilon. The lower right is blind stamped with the profile of a woman. Paris, c. 1897.15 3/4 x 12 in., (40 x 30.5 cm.)Very fine condition.
