- Lot Description
A priming flask with a curved tubular body that tapers to a small tip at the bottom. The body is lined with velvet and mounted with brass. The top of the flask is bulbous with a vertical ribbed design and a nozzle at the tip for dispensing powder. The nozzle can be unscrewed to refill the flask.
India, 18th century.
Provenance: A private collection, Milan, Italy.
L: 10 3/4 in., (27.3 cm.)
Condition
Good overall with a nice patina. Fabric is faded due to age but is intact.
