STAMPED "W. H. LEHEW & CO. / STRASBURG, VA" SHENANDOAH VALLEY OF VIRGINIA DECORATED AND INCISED STONEWARE JAR, salt-glazed, approximately 1/2 gallon capacity, cylindrical form with incised shoulder ring, beaded collar, and thin flat-top rim. Incised with a flag and "Charles ??? / Winchester / Va" in script on back. Brushed cobalt dropped-feather decoration repeated three times around the ring. The pottery of William H.
