Mit eingeritztem Künstlersignet "Phönix" auf der Standfläche sowie verso mit Gießerstempel "GUSS BARTH RINTELN" und Nummerierung. Unterseitig der Plinthe m. Etikett der Kunsthalle Basel. - An und unter der Plinthe mit Oxidat. Busch, 580. - Eines von 8 Exemplaren. - Die Figur geht auf Reiseeindrücke aus dem Tuxer Tal, Österreich, zurück. - Ausstellungen: Gerhard Marcks, Kunstverein Frankfurt 1954, Die Kunstpreisträger der Stadt Berlin 1955, Gerhard Marcks, Badischer Kunstverein, Karlsruhe 1955, Deutsche und Schweizer Bildhauer der letzten 30 Jahre, Kunsthalle Basel 1956.
