Late 1900's - A smooth brass handle signed "ALBERT BARKER 5. NEW BOND ST LONDON. W" with a crown marking, handle is monogrammed on top with "MAG". When handle is opened you will find a double sided pill container, funnel, and a glass cup with tea/table-spoon etched measurements. When handle is removed, 4 glass vessels can be removed, 2 of which are marked "JER. silver". Horn ferrule can be unscrewed and removed from the thick rain-spotted malacca shaft to reveal a 12 1/4" silver metal tube compartment which contains a glass tube with original cork and an ampoule reading "H8 Diabetes" at one end. The compartment twists to open center to reveal a silver metal syringe. H-4"x2" OL-36 1/4"
