Ca. 1900 - A carved shell handle with 6 concave depressions each with a colorful enamel inlay of flowers and shamrocks, silver metal collar, with lower cobalt enamel collar, shaft is exotic hardwood and 9 1/4" shell which is separated by a silver metal collar, small silver metal ferrule.
