- Lot Description
Northern Plains Beaded Pipebag 34" overall including 5.5" of quillwork and 8" of fringe. Geometrically beaded and quilled in bright colors. Rare strike-a-lite pouch attached to top. Fringe has been replaced. 19th century. $1,500-2,500Beadwork is excellent overall with the exception of a few missing lanes along top rim. Hide is somewhat discolored from age and use but is mostly soft and supple. Quillwork shows losses on several slats. Fringe is new and soft.
