With figure of the Sacred Heart and flanking cherubs on a cluster of clouds. Decorated with floral motif, ribbons, grape leaves, and vines. Oval frame with glass in the center, with a printed fragment of the Second Gospel according to St. John in Latin. Support for book with inscription on bottom: "ESTOS ATRILES SE HICIERON EN TIEMPO DEL FUNDADOR DE ESTE TEMPLO DEL SAGRADO CORAZON DE JESUS. FR. TE. MA. DE JESUS HUESCA DE LOS MUCHOS MILAGROS QUE TENÍA ESTA SAGRADA YMAGEN QUE EN EL SE VENERA/ PUEBLA. ABRIL DE 1808".
