Beautiful Pomegranate Shabby Chic Antique Oriental Khotan Rug, Origin: East Turkestan, Circa Date: Turn of the Century – A delightful clash of Central Asian village and nomadic culture, this Khotan rug is checkered by complex designs faded with age. Vivid black and red floral pomegranate design patterns give this shabby chic antique Oriental Khotan rug a beautiful contrast. The outside edge of the rug is spiked with saw tooth triangles, flecked with white, black, and red dots. This shabby chic Khotan rug takes elements from Mongolian design, integrating the braided color patterns of Mongolian fame. Faded floral designs are handsomely worn with age, complimenting the dark contrast of the central compartment of this highly decorative and captivating shabby chic antique Oriental Khotan rug.
