A finely detailed 18th-century Dutch architectural engraving titled “Het Leproozen-Huis, Van de Binnenplaats te zien” depicting the inner courtyard of the Leper House in Amsterdam. The lower margin credits J. de Beijer ad viv. del. 1765 at left and S. Fokke fecit at right, indicating the composition was drawn from life by Jan de Beijer in 1765 and engraved by Simon Fokke. The scene shows a lively courtyard with brick façades, tall trees, figures, and finely rendered architectural details, typical of Dutch topographical prints of the period. Presented under glass in a black frame with an aged mat; visible toning, central vertical crease or fold line, mat discoloration, and general age wear are present, with backing paper worn and torn as shown. A charming historical Amsterdam view suitable for collectors of Dutch prints, architectural engravings, and 18th-century city views. Approx. frame size (in): 16 x 19.25 x 0.5, Approx. painting size (in): 10.75 x 14.5.
