- Lot Description
Striking modernist lucite sculpture by Greg Copeland, featuring a bold triangular form with intricate geometric cutwork and layered architectural design. The piece showcases a dynamic Art Deco–inspired motif with radiating lines and a central triangular element encircled by concentric forms, all precision-cut within clear acrylic. Signed “Copeland” along the lower edge and retaining an original Greg Copeland studio medallion, this work exemplifies the artist’s mastery of light, depth, and dimensionality through acrylic. The ribbed exterior edges further enhance its visual impact, refracting light beautifully from every angle. In very good vintage condition with minor surface wear and slight yellowing consistent with age. A sophisticated decorative object and collectible example of late 20th-century American studio art, perfect for display in modern, contemporary, or Art Deco interiors. Approx. dimensions (in): 12.25 x 24.5 x 4.75.
