Verso bears several stickers and marks. Retains a Chenue Emballeur 27 5 Rue De La Terrasse, Paris sticker, NYB991 twice. Inside of frame with sticker marked 5224. Red Crayon number CC572. "Southwest Window" inscribed in pencil. Has two Masterpieces of Art World's Fair stickers and a sticker marked 354.

Relined. Craquelure throughout but has been stabilized. Varnish has yellowed and picture would benefit from a cleaning. U.V. inspection revealed a heavy layer of varnish and light scattered retouch. Lower left corner with light ripple in canvas. Some retouch in craquelure along lower edge. Minor losses to exquisitely carved frame gesso and gilding.
