Illustrated with 88 plates. 17 pp. Publisher's (?) full brown cloth, spine stamped in gilt, light green endleaves. THE RARE FIRST EDITION OF THIS COMPENDIUM OF DESIGNS DONE FOR THE NEW YORK COURT HOUSE IN 1913, INCLUDING THE WINNING DESIGN BY GUY LOWELL.
Condition
Binding quite worn, soiled, scuffed, hinges reinforced, endleaves and text toned and soiled. Fair.

These were the designs for the New York State Supreme Court House, built in 1919-1925.
