Large 4tos. 8 volumes bound in 7 (includes Index volume). Modern plain binding of full brown cloth, spine lettered in gilt, original wrappers bound-in. FIRST EDITION THUS OF THIS IMPORTANT VERSION OF SIR THOMAS MALORY'S LE MORTE D'ARTHUR. Text in French.
Condition
Some wear, soiling to bindings, a few boards chipped at bottom, text with occasional minor soiling. Near fine.
