Illustrations by Abbott accompanying the essay focused on America?s public monuments. Publisher?s cloth-backed boards, printed paper title label (some spotting; scuffs and soiling to covers). INSCRIBED AND SIGNED by Beauley on the title page, presenting the copy to Shirley Hunter.
