[BINDING]. ELDER, Marc (1884?1933). La Belle Eug?nie. Paris: ?ditions Pittoresques, 1929. Small 4to (264 x 178 mm). Numerous plates and in text illustrations in pochoir by Guy Arnoux. Contemporary full red morocco, upper cover with a central barque or three masted ship inlaid with yellows, blues, and brown morocco, framed within a geometric border inlaid with grey and brown morocco with gilt decorations, spine with a firing ships cannon inlaid with grey, brown and red morocco, gilt lettering within a billow of smoke from cannon inlaid with tan morocco, top edge gilt, turn ins with geometric designs gilt with cornerpieces inlaid with black morocco, marbled endpapers (spine a bit darkened, some touch ups to joints); morocco?edged slipcase. LIMITED EDITION, number 106 of 350 copies from a total edition of 425. A HANDSOME ART DECO BINDING.
