Illustrated with 8 plates. 333, [2, ads], [1, blank] pp. Publisher's full gold cloth, front board and spine stamped in green, publisher's unclipped (no price) dust jacket (light rubbing, soiling to cloth; jacket with numerous tape repairs/reinforcements on verso, jacket chipped at spine and corners, some wear, soiling, several marginal tears). A fine copy in a fair jacket. FIRST EDITION, VARIANT BINDING (sheets bulk at 28 mm, priority unknown). Zeuschner 582. From the renowned personal collection of Dr. George D. Lacy.
