[CHICAGO]. -- [CRIME]. A large group of 60 explicit autopsy and crime scene photographs. Circa 1950s. Black and white photographs from the Cook County medical examiner?s office with a majority depicting victims of violent crime and includes an investigative report and a wanted poster. 8 x 10?. Notations on versos and in some cases rectos. The names of the victims and the nature of their deaths are handwritten on the versos of many photographs. Provenance: From the files of Harry Glos, former chief investigator for the Cook County coroner?s office.
