Frontispiece portrait. 315, [3, blank] pp. Publisher's full gray cloth, front board and spine stamped in rainbow colors and gilt, green endleaves (spine sunned and lightly edgeworn, some rubbing, soiling to boards, endleaves sunned, text toned with occasional soiling, ownership pencil signature on ffep.) A near fine copy. FIRST EDITION. An excellent source of information about the Confederate Army of Tennessee. From the renowned personal collection of Dr. George D. Lacy. Measurements: 9 x 6 x 2".
