Profusely illustrated with plates and maps. 690 pp. Publisher's full red cloth, front boards stamped in silver, gray, and gilt, spines stamped in gilt and gray (spine a bit toned and rubbed, some light rubbing to board edges). Fine. FIRST TRADE EDITION, BETTER THAN USUALLY SEEN. From the renowned personal collection of Dr. George D. Lacy. Measurements: 9 x 7 x 3".
