Profusely illustrated with plates and maps. 690, [4, blank] pp. Publisher's full red cloth, front boards stamped in silver, gray, and gilt, spines stamped in gilt and gray (one copy a bit more toned, some edgewear, hinges starting, some foxing to edge of text-blocks). Very good or better. FIRST TRADE EDITIONS. From the renowned personal collection of Dr. George D. Lacy. Measurements: 9 x 7 x 3".
