CLARK, Walter Van Tilburg (1909-1971). The Ox-Bow Incident. New York: Random House, [1940]. FIRST EDITION OF THE AUTHOR?S FIRST NOVEL, SIGNED BY CLARK, dated 29 September 1941 on front free endpaper. A classic western novel that was the basis for the 1943 film of the same name, starring Henry Fonda.
