REVISED PELICAN BOOKS EDITION, WITH A FAIR COPY OF A PORTION OF THE POEM, "LUCRETIUS" BY TENNYSON IN CLARKE'S HAND ON THE HALF-TITLE, AND HIS PRESENTATION INSCRIPTION ON THE TITLE-PAGE: "To Louie, with all good wishes Arthur London I 60 x 65".

Wrappers worn, toned, occasional chipping, inner front wrapper scuffed and worn with portion of half-title affixed to wrapper - half-title heavily worn, chipped, torn (not affecting fair copy), text toned with occasional soiling.
