Original gilt-lettered black cloth (light spotting to lower cover and spine); ORIGINAL DUST JACKET (extremities chipped, light soiling, few small stains to spine).FIRST ENGLISH EDITION, AMERICAN ISSUE, with the original title-page with the Hodder and Stoughton imprint but bound by George H.
