- Lot Description
Franklin D. Roosevelt: Typed Letter Signed (TLS). 8" x 10 1/2", 2pgs., November 20, 1929, State of New York Executive Chamber stationery. FDR writes as Governor to his former law partner Basil O'Conner regarding real estate transactions in Warm Springs, Georgia.
Roosevelt visited Warm Springs many times for polio therapy, and died there on April 12, 1945.
Condition
Filing staple holes at left edge, else fine with a dark bold signature.
