FIRST EDITION OF THIS COLLECTION OF AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL MATERIAL AND SONG LYRICS. Each page of this and the covers are lithographed. Rare in this condition.
Binding toned, rubbed, occasionally lightly soiled, text somewhat toned. Fine.
Guthrie was the most important figure in American folk songs, having written some of the most famous folk songs, including "This Land Is Your Land," "Tear the Fascists Down," "I Ain't Got No Home in This World Anymore," "Ezekiel Saw the Wheel," and many more. He wrote the classic autobiographical novel, Bound for Glory (1943).
