Postcard reproduces an advertisement for “Hardeen The Handcuff King, Who Has Baffled All the Police of the World,” with illustrations of uniformed policemen of numerous countries below panels containing a Hardeen portrait and trunk mystery. Hardeen’s permanent c/o address printed along edge. Postally used; stamp removed.
