HEMINGWAY, Ernest (1899-1961). The Old Man and the Sea. New York: Charles Scribner?s, 1952. FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING with Scribner?s ?A? and Seal on copyright. In a FIRST ISSUE DUST JACKET with blue tinted photograph of the author on rear panel and brown type on flaps and rear panel. It was the basis for the 1958 film of the same name starring Spencer Tracy. A very handsome copy. Hanneman A24a.
