Approximately 11 ? x 8 ?". Light toning, minor occasional thumbsoiling or creasing. Fine.Document in German, signed ?Adolf Hitler" and countersigned by General Wilhelm Burgdorf (1895-1945), Hitler's chief adjutant. In this document, Hitler promotes or re-assigns various officers. Excerpts (translated into English: ?General of Infantry Hossbach, commissioned with the leadership of the 4th Army, to Head Commander of the 4th Army? Transferred effective September 6 1944 will be: General of Infantry von der Chevallerie, commissioned with the acting leadership of the 1st Army, to the Leader-Reserve of the Supreme Command of the Army? Commissioned effective the same day: General of Armored Troop von Knobelsdorff in the Leader-Reserve of the Supreme Command of the Army, with the leadership of the 1st Army."
