Letterpress double-sided broadside issuing a ?25 reward and challenge to any person able to produce police or regulation handcuffs from which Mysto cannot escape. With police endorsements dated 1903. 29 ? x 20?. Tear with slight text loss at top; small tears and creases along folds and edges.
