HOUDINI, Harry (Erik Weisz, 1874 - 1926). Houdini-Owned Extension Key. 1920s [?]. A long piece of sturdy nickel plated tubing with square bit at one end and cross bar at the other, used to turn a lock or cuff from a distance, or in unusual circumstances when a longer pick or key is required to make an escape. Length 5 7/8". Purchased from the Houdini family by the former owner, Larry Weeks.
Age-related wear from handling; very good.
