[JAPANESE LITHOGRAPHY]. [LOUISIANA PURCHASE EXPOSITION]. Well-Known Raw Silk Producers and Their Trade Marks = Empire of Japan = Compiled for Louisiana Purchase Exposition. Tokio [sic]: The Japan Sericultural Association, 1904. 4to. [ii], 1-22 pp. 23-166 illustrated leaves (rectos only), [9], [1, blank] pp. Profusely illustrated with numerous full-color lithographs of silk producer trade marks. 297 x 209 mm. Disbound, wrappers lacking, title-page worn and restored, first several leaves chipped, soiled, text generally toned, worn, soiled, several with tape repairs to left margins. Housed in later custom-designed box will pull-off lid with original front wrapper affixed to lid. Good. A beautiful and exceedingly rare item. From the Mark Rucker Collection.
