Karl Gerich ?The French Pattern? Etched Uncut Sheet Playing Card Courts. [Bath, 1982]. Etching with hand-coloring. Original court designs by Gerich, single-ended, based on an early Paris pattern. Wide-eyed courts with heavily bearded kings, brightly colored in red, blue, yellow, and brown. Platemark 7 x 13 ??; sheet 11 5/8 x 19 ??.
