[LINCOLN, Abraham (1809-1865), subject]. DILLER, Isaac R. (1854-1948). Signed Souvenir Print, ?Lincoln Home 1860, Springfield, Illinois / Abraham Lincoln, Willie and ?Tad" Inside the Fence ?Little Isaac Diller on the Sidewalk,' as Carl Sandberg Put it?" [Springfield, IL, ca. 20th century]. Scarce souvenir print of Lincoln's home in Springfield, signed by Diller at lower right. Approximately 7 ? x 8 ?". Minor rubbing. Fine. Diller was the son of Lincoln's druggist, Roland Weaver Diller. Isaac Diller was a childhood friend of Lincoln's children and would often play with them. This print is notoriously scarce, even more so in this condition. From the renowned personal collection of Dr. George D. Lacy. Measurements: 8"L x 9"W x 1"H.
