Boston: MA: American Citizen Company, [1892]. 8vo. Illustrated. 419 pp. Publisher's full blue cloth, front board stamped in black and gilt, spine and rear board stamped in gilt, textured endleaves (spine a bit toned and rubbed, occasional toning in text, a few gutters overopened). Bright and fine. FIRST EDITION. Civil War veteran Edward Coolbroth's copy with his inscription on front blank. And: FERGUSON, W. J. I Saw Booth Shoot Lincoln. Boston and New York: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1930. 8vo. Illustrated. 63 pp. Publisher's full black glossy cloth boards, printed paper labels on front board and spine, publisher's price-clipped dust jacket (minor rubbing to cloth, jacket toned, chipped, with several tears, some soiling).
