Die-Cut Large Trade Card of an Elderly Woman Riding a Sacred White Elephant with Two Attendants. [New York: The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, ca. 1880s]. Beautiful die-cut large trade card of an elderly woman riding a white elephant in a howdah with two Mahouts; with tea vendors names and locations and descriptive text on the verso. Approximately 10 ? x 8?. Some mild edgewear, some soiling, scuffing on verso. Very good. Rare. From the Mark Rucker Collection.
