Commemorative plaque with blurb about Owens/Corning's contribution to the Apollo program on their fiberglas cloth in lucite block. Approximately 6 ? x 4 ? x ?". Fine. In original box (worn, soiled). And: ?Man on the Moon / July 20, 1969" mission patch on fiberglas cloth. Approximately 5 ? x 5 ?". Fine. And: ?Apollo XIII" mission patch on fiberglas cloth. Approximately 8 ? x 8". Minor edgewear. Fine.
