[NASA MEMORABILIA]. [SHEPARD, Alan (1923-1998), association]. Flown Piece of Freedom 7 Parachute, Recovered by the U. S. S. Lake Champlain. MR-3 Flown chute. Piece of parachute cloth enclosed in pocket mounted onto color photograph of Freedom 7 on the launchpad. Cloth segment approximately ?" square. With COA from The Spaceflori Corporation. Fine. A wonderful artifact from the first American in space.
