Pair of Vintage Cast Iron Toys. Including: a horse-drawn fire engine wagon with six figures. [1882]. An early re-issue of an 1880 toy of a painted horse-drawn wagon (horses ?gallop" when toy moved forward by 2 small cog wheels beneath horses), with 3 removable benches with 6 removable cast iron painted figures with slots for fitting onto wagon. 14 x 4 x 6 ?" (with figures in wagon). Worn, soiled, some occasional rust. Very good. A charming 19th century toy. And: a painted cast iron fire engine with driver, wheels and steam boiler. 7 ? x 2 ? x 4 ?". Some wear, scuffing, rust. Good.
