Four-page brochure issued by Hoffmann's publisher, George Routledge & Sons, advertising and describing the many works written by the author, including Modern Magic ("it is now nearly a quarter of a century ago since a flutter of excitement was caused ... by the appearance of "Modern Magic.") and many others. Possibly issued to booksellers (not the general public). SIGNED below the portrait on the front panel "Angelo Lewis / "Prof. Hoffmann." RARE. The first example we have encountered.
