Queen Victoria: Signed Consular Recognition Document. 2 pp. on one 8 x 13" sheet recognizing James Hart to be London Counsel to the Republic of Salvador, dated November 16, 1858, and signed "Victoria R." Features the Great Seal of Queen Victoria at top. R&R COA.
Condition
General light scattered soiling and creasing at seal, residual tape at reverse maring. One horizontal and two vertical folds. Fine.
