[REVOLUTIONARY WAR]. A pair of Revolutionary War-era issues of The Salem Gazette. Salem, MA: January 16, 1783, and October 23, 1783. Each issue folded folio sheets, 4 pages. Unfolded approximately 387 x 500 mm. Both on rag paper; toned, creased, soiled, edgeworn, one issue with both folio leaves glued together. Some articles related to the Revolutionary War, including an article on James Rivington?s petition to King George III, and another on the retirement of Major General Greene.
