SENECA, Lucius Annaeus (Roman, ca. 4 BCE-65 CE). De Benefizii. Venice: Francesco Piacentini, 1738. 8vo. Contemporary mottled calf (outer joints slightly splitting and cracked, but holding). Engraved portrait frontispiece. Woodcut title device; a few woodcut initials and head-pieces. Edges sprinkled in red. Bright copy, trivial trace foxing at rear.
