Original duo?tone cloth, blue top edge; original unclipped dust jacket (few tiny edge chips or minor stains). FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING, INSCRIBED BY SEXTON to Sydney and David Rockefeller (1915?2017) affixed with a penny above the author?s signature. David Rockefeller was an American investment banker and the oldest living member of the third generation of the Rockefeller family.
