STEINBECK, John (1902-1968). Cannery Row. New York: The Viking Press, 1945. 8vo. [209] pp. Publisher's first issue binding of full buff cloth, front board and spine stamped in dark and light blue, publisher's unclipped ("$2.00") dust jacket.
Condition
Cloth spine a bit toned, spine rubbed and somewhat edgeworn, corners a bit worn, minor occasional soiling to boards, endleaves slightly toned, front hinge just barely starting, skewed; jacket toned, edgeworn, soiled, a few marginal chips and tears, sticker residue on front jacket flap (not obscuring printed price). Good. FIRST EDITION, IN THE FIRST STATE CLOTH BINDING.
