- Lot Description
Symphony Conductor Automaton. Conductor figure in formal dress (cloth shirt, frill, jacket and pants) in front of a wooden music stand (stand is not attached to platform) on wooden box stand with silken cloth surface. With a wired remote on/off switch. When plugged in, you can hear the motor running, but figure does not move (figure requires mechanical adjustment). Conductor's baton is present, but not attached to his hand. Figure has black eyebrows and mustache, but is missing part of his wig. A handsome figure which requires adjustment or repair.
Condition
Some rubbing, wear, requires repair. Good.
