Frontispiece, illustrated. p. [i-iii] iv-x, [11-13] 14-128. 8vo. Inscribed on the title page to F.E. Powell by Mrs. H.J. Burlingame. Collates same as Toole Stott 33, with different edition numbers stated on title page.
