Condition
Some toning, soiling to wrappers and plastic, half-title with 2 horizontal creases, some rubbing, Very good. THE UNCOMMON TRUE FIRST EDITION, #17/500 COPIES, PRESENTATION COPY, INSCRIBED BY RAPP ON THE HALF-TITLE: "To Arnold Drennan [sic] with best wishes from the. author Augustus Rapp" Inscriptions by Rapp are rare - this one is a bit shaky due to his advanced age. Drennan was a magician and collector (he was the president of local magic ring 35 of I. B. M., later renamed in his honor).
