Profusely illustrated. 712 pp. Publisher's full blue cloth, front board stamped in gilt and blue with pictorial label, spine stamped in gilt. FIRST TRADE EDITION - PRESUMED LATER ISSUE WHICH LACKS THE SIGNATURE MARK ON P. 161. Rear flyleaf is present.
Condition
Spine a bit toned and rubbed, binding somewhat edgeworn, corners a bit bumped, frontispiece is loose (yet present), a few gutters starting or cracking, owners ink name on ffep. Good.
